The Time Entry question type collects a 'time-of-day' as a response. The format for the response is expressed and stored in the 2400 hour format: 00.00 - 23.59. Time entry question are always bounded by range checks by using the Hard Max and Min fields and the above format. The Soft Max and Min fields mayb be used to limit the response using the same 2400 hour format.

Dynamic range checks are allowed.
